Ingredients

  • 10 oz. of water
  • 1.1 oz. of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. of cinnamon
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

  • Pour all ingredients into a blender (setting on crush ice)
  • Blend for 1 min
  • Serve drink
